I would like to make some personal considerations a few days ago I participated in a training course to join your team. I have been contacted by phone twice following my application for a job offer on "Indeed". The first time I was asked if I was working, what my experiences in human resources had been, if I was interested in selecting personnel and if I was willing to attend a 3-day course in Turin at the end of which I would start working for a specified period of a few months. I immediately answered yes and I was told that they would then contact me for timetables and course start with more participants. So it was and on the second call I was told the time and place. I introduce myself to the appointment and one of the first sentences uttered by the trainer was: You are many (just under twenty), but you must not feel competing because we are looking for many people because the selection team needs to be helped to stay behind all active searches. " After such a sentence and mindful of what I was told on the phone, I felt very positive. After a few hours and during the breaks there was the normal comparison with colleagues of course and it turned out how it had arrived in that classroom. Everyone had had a phone call, someone had a direct interview, but the verbal communication and above all the sense of it had been very different for various candidates (a contract had been proposed to me, some not at all, others still a training with certificate of frequency). Over time I have had increasingly confused ideas, but I wanted to remain positive. My colleagues also expressed concerns about the lack of clarity of how things were going. The general amazement reached its climax when at the end of the 3 days it was said that they had to choose the people for a month's contract and that in any case on the following morning they would let everyone know by phone. I personally did not call, others did and only in the afternoon was the unsuitability for the position communicated and the maintenance of the name for other possible other positions. The call to not be online for the position was made to me after 5 minutes that my colleague had called the branch from which we were contacted all 2 to find out why nothing had been said. These are the facts. I could have written them on the internet on some forums and had more "readers", but I believe a lot in those who deal with staff and in the potential that a constructive criticism can have on him / her. I don't want to sound presumptuous but with my experiences I am led to think that certain things could be done / managed differently. The regret for not having been taken is certainly there, but there is also a regret that the lack of communication and interaction between the various company teams (another example of the certificate of the course on safety had been guaranteed by the trainer, but none then said if and when it can be withdrawn) has led to further concerns that are not good for the company or for the candidates.
I think anyway to have all the features they were looking for as it has been done for years, and then I also demonstrated at the course.
Little seriousness and desire to make job opportunities, they only take the money of the course and that's it
