I traveled with my family members to this particular hotel because we love Hilton hotels. I m a team member and I have never been to a Hilton hotel were the breakfast was horrible! The eggs were cold, sausage links were undercooked. There really needs to be a waffle maker out EVERY DAY not just every other day! There was no waffle maker out the entire weekend. The waffle maker will allow guest that don t like the Hot Food can have the waffles. The housekeeping staff was very friendly and helpful! We enjoyed the two nice ladies at the front desk when we checked in! They were very polite and helpful! There are a couple of employees names that I want you all to know that are doing a great job! QUEENIE,BRE,CHRIS F, and SHERISSE A. I was able to get their names before departure! There was a light skinned lady with glasses that checked us in. She was amazing. We stayed August 9,2019-August 11,2019! Def. need to work on the breakfast a little better! Rooms were cleaned and to our standards!
