Harold White is a god awful boss. He will follow you around and harass you even if you are doing good. He s a shame to the company, which is why 100+ employees have quit (because of him). He will not say thank you nor good job. You can be having an excellent day and mess up one time and that s the only thing he will notice. Not to mention he has been reported numerous amount of time for harassment and no actions have been taken place. He s is a foul human being and working along side of him was nothing but pure cancer. He also expects you to know how to do everything as soon as you get there and only cares about the rate (even though the numbers are insanely inaccurate because they don t take checking the pieces nor blowing them off). Overall Harold White is the reason why the company has so many problems keeping workers.
