The hotel disappointed us a lot. Decor taken out of the PRL, located between two busy streets and unfortunately far from the beach. After a few days, the 20-minute walk becomes boring. The hotel does not offer free sun beds or umbrellas. As for eating ... breakfast consists of eggs in three versions, pasta with butter and toast, and not very fresh cheeses and hams. One gets the impression that the egg-baked bread is the result of reusing old bread. Nothing has taste or quality. The worst soups I've ever tasted taste like dishwater (literally). Restaurant service unskilled, no knowledge of the basics of English, sloppy costumes And a very unpleasant fix. One of the waitresses reminded me that I wanted to take nectarine outside for the boy who was waiting by the pool ... embarrassing.
Unfortunately, 3 types of juices are all diluted with water. Even the ketchup was watered down. Eternal waiting for fries.
As for the liquor bar, it closes at 9.30pm. Drinks made from the cheapest alcohol. Seriously - next to the store, the bottle costs 5 lev. Everything poured into plastic cups. Very little choice, rarely found a good drink.
At 11 PM the gentleman came announcing that the pool was closed. The nightlife in the hotel is practically non-existent, probably intended for pensioners.
We liked the apartment. It was spacious and comfortable. Could use air conditioning in the bedroom as well, because in the evenings it is very stuffy. We got a room on the 7th floor with a view of the forest. Very nice cleaning ladies, helpful and doing their job well. Rooms cleaned daily :)
The pool itself is very nice, the water is at the perfect temperature. We checked out at 11am and we had a departure at 11pm so we got dinner vouchers so we wouldn't have to sit around hungry.
Internet available in the pool area and in the lobby.
Two stars by monotone food and restaurant service.
