When we went (in winter) there were many people, I do not want to imagine how it is in summer.
I felt an idiomatic barrier (few speak Spanish) something that is not expected from a hotel in this category.
One of the worst breakfasts I have received in hotels of this category.
We had many problems with the wifi and little willingness of the staff to help us, you have to pay extra if you want total access to the internet.
You also have to pay extra for the wet area.
They have a free tour to a factory that handles glass on the island of Murano, very good.
I would recommend it for couples and families alike.
