Today my mom bought a product incorrectly displayed under another shelf with a price different from the one displayed. Immediately brought back I am told rudely by the counter that they do not return money, when on other occasions the money was returned to me without any problem. After my insistence, the lady calls a manager who authorizes the refund. The sore point was the person in the garage who kept making me weigh the fact that he was making me money. I know the procedures and I know that it is the customer's right to receive a refund within the terms of the law. At my request to finish with the controversy and to conclude the procedure faster because I was in a hurry to go, the lady at the box tells me exactly: "so go away ....!" I advise the manager to have his employees attend a courtesy course for customers, with a little good education ... "I would have accepted the coupon!" I have no words!
