Can t say enough great things about Mauro Pilates and all it s amazing instructors. Working a 40+ hour week job makes it hard to find time to workout and refocus on myself but the studio offers flexible hours and staff that goes over and beyond to accommodate. Having never taken a class before I thought it would be intimidating but right from the start I felt comfortable to ask questions, explain how I was feeling and most importantly learn how to build off skills in order to challenge myself even more. Over the past 2 years goals have been met challenges have been accepted and lots of laughs have gotten me through the tough workouts.
