WORST Company I've ever dealt with!!!! Absolutely...

WORST Company I've ever dealt with!!!! Absolutely NO communication whatsoever!!! I purchased a brand new model# 3311 Margarita Machine 4-29-19 and it stopped working only 4 months later in mid September . I called the merchant and was given the 1-800 number to call for assistance on 9-28-19. I called customer services on 9-30-19 and couldn't get a representative due to "high volume calling" so I left a call back number. No one returned my call so I called again on 10-1-19 and finally spoke to someone. I was instructed to submit a service request on their website and include an attached copy of my receipt. After doing so I would be contacted within a few days to schedule a warranty repair. After a week with no response I submitted a 2nd service request on 10-8-19. By now I've gotten extremely frustrated by the fact that the company is doing nothing to correct the issue. I emailed two separate sales representatives for my area on 10-10-19 and only one replied. He assured me that he would reach out to the appropriate people and get the warranty repair in motion. It is now the end of October 10-26-19 and I have not received any type of communication from the company.
I am now in the process of taking legal action. The company should be held accountable for selling faulty equipment.
