The hotel is decorated in the local style. The grounds of the garden are well maintained. There is only a very small beach section (short beach) The long beach is beautiful, but 1.4 km walk away. The hotel management consists of 2 young people from outside the industry. The hotel manager greets in any case no guests - he is invisible so to speak. Exactly this statement applies to the quality management of the house. If you are looking for a limited and boring buffet offer - this is the place for you. There is neither a restaurant manager nor an F & B manager. Both positions are urgently needed. The phones in the rooms are not labeled - a full length mirror is looking for a guest in vain in the room. The staff of the house are friendly, but without supervision. There are no service standards. Sometimes the drinks are off, sometimes the important dishes at the buffet. A refill was always only sporadically without any structure. You can book this hotel - but you do not have to. If something goes wrong, it is always up to the guest, never to the organization.
