Had high hopes for the this place but sad to say it didn't deliver in the end. Since signing up I've gone from 40% severity (working part time, travelling, riding a motorcycle) to 80% and bed-bound 23 hours a day. Much of the psychology section is about calming the nervous system and various ways to do this. There are plenty of free resources on things like meditation / breathing exercises / EFT etc. online which will help with this. While I do believe removing stress from your life is beneficial for healing from chronic illness, there's really no need to spend 100's of pounds learning to do this when much of the info is out there for free. They also give no practical help if you're stuck in a prolonged crash or severe state other than to wait it out, which is shocking. All the advice is given for when you're in a more functional state.

As for the diet side of things, this just functional medicine which is total pseudoscience. Much of this will revolve around getting you to pay for spurious tests for completely debunked woowoo illnesses like adrenal fatigue, then convincing you you need to buy very expensive supplements to cure them. You're encouraged to buy them from a 'special' overpriced website and enter the OHC details which makes me think they are probably on commission for prescribing them. They completely missed my orthostatic intolerance which is one of the most common co-morbidities of ME/CFS, but wanted me to be spending hundreds on tests and supplements for illnesses which don't exist according to science.

Writing this so other people have this knowledge before they spend what little money they have left on this. Wish I'd known, I'd not have bothered.
