I was 2 days trying to call 37394019 to schedule an appointment, and it was only busy, I called 3739-4000 and warned that it was time to fax, I was 2 hours trying to call the next day, and only busy, then when I got , someone answered and said, sorry they all left for lunch, and then tried to call the ombudsman, 37394106 to complain, and can not register the number that the box was full.
