I have just spent the last 3 hours attempting to get copies of W2 forms from the previous years I worked. I have been forward from department automated calling list to other automated departments without consideration to what I needed. The people I have spoken to have been rude and I was hung up on 3 times. I was yelled at by one person who said "don't you know this is tax season" before hanging up. The promise to call back has never happen. I had never called them before and wouldn't have been calling if it wasn't important. This is very poor business and doesn't reflect well on their core values.
