We had a clogged line from the kitchen sink and called another company first, but was told that their first slot was 10 days off. Called John Moore Services and they set up an appointment for this afternoon from 2-6 PM. Got a call at 10 AM asking if I wanted them to come between noon-4 PM. Said okay and Vincent showed up around 2:30 PM. He quickly diagnosed the problem, gave a price estimate, for my okay on it, and resolved the issue. Vincent was very professional and kept to the established COVID-19 procedures.
