I booked a car with enterprise over the phone, the following morning I came to pick it up and had all of the correct paper work.



I was then told that my card was declined (even though I had a sufficient balance to cover the costs.). I was then told that I would not be able to use this card with enterprise for another 24 hours, I would also only be able to pay with another card in my name i.e a credit card, which I don't possess and I could not pay over the phone with a relatives payment method.



I had to go through several customer service calls to get a refund and have now been told it could take up to 10 days to receive my money back.

Moral of the story is don't ever rent a car with Enterprise, fortunately I managed to get another car the same day form Budget Car Rentals, who where very professional and provided a great service, I will never use enterprise again and will definitely never recommend them to anyone.
