I can't say enough good things about Tradewind Investments. I have rented a house from them for 2 1/2 years. If I ever needed anything fixed, I would fill out a maintenance request online and Fawn always makes sure someone contacts me within 24 hours. When its time for inspections, you can count on getting an email with the property managers photo and contact information. I was very impressed by this. They want you to know who is coming to your home. Kari and Ray are awesome people. If you have any concerns, you can always count on them to listen and take care of things.
