I paid for 6 massages...end up getting 2. Second one was horrible. I gave my money and couldn't receive the rest of my massages because they weren't taking no more of my money out of my account every month. I called about my massages. Lady told me she would have a manager call me right back and I got a call 2weeks later out of the blue to set up more payments to come out of my account before I can get the massages I already paid for. I don't recommend massage envy, never will. I paid for services I never reveived. If I could rate u with no stars I would.
