Customer service is rude, will not help you with a...

Customer service is rude, will not help you with any questions you have. Starr PM advertised that if you don't qualify for a place you've applied for, they will help you find another...never happens. I had to contact them several times before someone told me why I didn't qualify...low credit rating, which again they say they will help you. I was directed to one of their agents, left a voice mail, 2 months later I'm still waiting for a callback.
As a potential tenant, these people do not care about you, they only care about their clients and the amount of money they can make.
DO NOT GO TO THEM IF YOU'RE LOOKING TO RENT.
