I have never had any issues with Carmel, having used them for many years. I m reviewing them for a $10 discount my next trip, but I wouldn t bother except with they are so reliable. The driver was 5 minutes early and that gave me time to make last goodbyes. It was a relief to be picked up at my building with luggage without the stress involved with Lyft or Uber sharing and having to haul my luggage to some unknown location and wait, possibly to be stood up and charged anyway, or severely delayed as has happened before with Lyft and Uber. I got to JFK from Murray Hill in less than 1/2 hour despite some congestion, the pricing of which was included in my base fee since I booked online and used a coupon. Thanks Carmel
