I first walked into Oakville Toyota two days ago to check out the 2020 RAV4. I met with Lakshy, who thoroughly explained all of the features of each model, and helped me decide which was best for my family. Lakshy was incredibly friendly and helpful, and genuinely cared about finding me the perfect car. He gave me a tour of the service area, and made sure I was fully informed about everything Toyota has to offer. Lakshy handled every detail professionally and promptly, and less than 48 hours later, I drove away with the exact car I wanted. Upon delivery, he showed me every feature in the vehicle, and taught me how to set up CarPlay and the Toyota app. As an added surprise, he even left a Toyota stuffed animal safely buckled into the back seat for my six year old! To say he went above and beyond would be an absolute understatement! This was by far the best experience I have ever had while purchasing a car.
