If I could give this company zero stars, believe me; I would. This company has the absolute worst customer service. I feel so sorry for anyone who wants to call because of a water emergency or billing issue. The billing issues are on them and they ll try to pin it on the customer. And when they recognize their mistake, don t expect an apology.

If your waterline is cut in your neighborhood, do not expect any sort of answer on when it will be repaired. They will tell you it s not their problem and they are not located in the state that your water company is, therefore they have no answers. They DO NOT CARE one ounce about their customers. Any company considering using them for water management, please do not. You are leaving your residents in the wrong hands with this awful company. If you have the pleasure of speaking with Connie, just know you will be told you re the problem time and time again and be prepared to be talked down to. Literally the worst customer service I ve had to deal with in years.
