When we bought this house 3 years ago, the previous owner was a Telsco customer. We decided to keep the alarm system because my husband works out of town a lot and I felt safer having it. I can't even burn the popcorn and they are calling to see if everything is OK. I truly feel safer! Recently one of the sensors came loose and the alarm went off in the middle of the night. Telsco called within a few seconds to see if I was OK. Then they sent out a service tech to fix the sensor. I am VERY happy with their service and highly recommend them.
