I wish they had better customer service. An employee greeted us, and that was about it. No help, even while we approached the counter a couple times, letting him know we were interested in purchasing a PC. Asked several question in regards to laptops and other services they offer, employee seemed annoyed and as soon as other customers entered, we lost his attention and he moved on. Awful customer service. I was really hoping for this to be my one stop shop for future purchases. Employee didn't really know info on any computers, was guessing, with little intention of going over checking specs for us. I thought most of the equipment was over priced, with the exception of cables/cords... if you lost a computer cord you can get them their for a buck or two. Its a bummer, I was kind of excited to go there, not what I expected... and probably not going back. Just my opinion. :(
