This is a pretty typical stay in Pheonix for the most part... nice hotel, rommy rooms, clean, friendly service, nice amenities... I had a bit of a problem booking my stay online but everything worked out for the best. I will say this has one of the better fitness centers I've seen at hotels. I'd give the best rating if they change the parking a little though. =/
