Glengollan village implemented the use of Emprevo at our facility in mid-January of this year.

In the 6 months that it has gone live, we have been able to fill a large amount of shifts in real time and roughly 6 weeks ahead. This has been well received with staff, and it saves a significant amount of time for our shift managers.

The significant advantage is that as we can publish shifts well in advance, it gives staff and us opportunity to plan ahead.
The implementation of Emprevo was a breeze with no disruption to our organization. The level of support that has been continually offered to us has been a credit to them. We needed a software that is easy for all users to grasp, time saving and affordability to the organization and Emprevo has been exactly that.

The software is beneficial for us, as it allows us to assign more than one shift manager, so that our after-hours staff are able to take over if we have sick leave. This is a significant time saver to our staff, and it allows us to give staff the flexibility on when they can and want to pick up additional shifts without them feeling pressured to do so.

Previous to Emprevo, we used a basic SMS system in order to alert staff to vacant shifts. This took up a huge portion of time and would often end up disappointing staff who wanted to take a shift that had already been filled. Emprevo saves staff the disappointment of missing a shift as it disappears off the database once it has been accepted. Since the implementation of Emprevo, our agency usage has dropped and has also allowed us to gauge if and when we need to recruit more staff.

We would highly recommend Emprevo to any company needing to better satisfy the needs of their staff and organisation.
