What an awesome experience. I waited 20 years to do a bareboat charter and the experience did NOT disappoint. The boat was in first class condition and very comfortable for our family. The safety briefing before we left was excellent and very reassuring to my somewhat fearful wife. They had me have an instructor, Captain Len, on board for the first day and that was immensely helpful in getting everyone understanding the boat and their various responsibilities. Of course the San Juan Islands are just amazing! I looked at several companies before settling on SJS and I know I made the right choice. Great, well organized, professional team.
