Review of Parkway Honda Powerhouse.

I just desperately came in to change my windshield...

I just desperately came in to change my windshield wipers when I could've done it on my own but thank God I was convenienced by the receptionist on the phone that told me I could have it done in 10 minutes AND get a complementary windshield wash fluid top up, so I gave parkway honda that service which could have led to the extra 20 maintenance items I need to get done this spring. Your staff declined the complementary windshield wash fluid top off because apparently during an ice storm when a customer comes in TO GET THEIR WIPERS CHANGED FOR 30 DOLLARS it isn't included. I'd much rather go to a privately owned garage at this point WHO WOULD DO THAT WITHOUT QUESTION if I paid them $10 for a windshield wiper change. What kind of management doesn't allow their staff to call them on weekends for a simple customer service inquiry??? Like I literally couldn't be helped unless I spent $4.99 for the bottle because the manager wasnt in. WHY THE HELL WOULD I PAY FOR A BOTTLE WHEN I COULD DO THAT ON MY OWN IN THE CRAPPY TIRE PARKING LOT FOR $4.99.
