Worst possible customer service and accommodations...

Worst possible customer service and accommodations. There were no amenities that were available other than the pool and hot tub. They stated that they were under construction. No on premise place to eat or to grab a drink. The pull out couch mattress in the room was barely 4 inches thick and it felt like you were sleeping on the metal frame. We travel a lot and this was by far the worst accommodations ever and the manager Emma told us she would call us to discuss and of course that didn't happen either. Very unprofessional management team.
