Even if you don't plan on "kissing" the stone, this castle and its grounds are worth the visit. It's fascinating to climb up and around the old castle, and the views from the top are grand.

If you want to kiss the stone, they will let other people take a photo with your camera. They just have to be fast about it. The best angle is captured by a professional photographer, with the photo for sale on the way out.

Surrounding the castle is an arboretum, poisonous garden, walking trails, a cave, and many other things to see. I imagine young children might get a bit bored on the grounds, but it's perfect for the leisurely stroll.

It's not cheap, and its pretty busy. I went at the end of the day, so the crowd wasn't bad.
