I put in a work order upon arrival on April 1st 2017. It is now June 12th 2017, and I have heard nothing back from anyone, I have had multiple things break, and no one coming to fix them, or any type of rush to help. They gave me the wrong keys twice upon arrival, and I wasn't able to live in my apartment for a few days. I paid rent for the month of May and they lost my money order, then they sent me a notice for the month of June saying they didn't have my rent, but then when I called them, that's when they told me they found they didn't have May's rent. THEY ARE SO UNORGANIZED AND UNPROFESSIONAL. I do not want to have to pay extra or take an entire day of my work week off to try and fix their mistakes. Worst management company I have ever worked with.

I read through most of the comments in response to poor reviews and if you look you'll see a common theme: denial and blaming. Everything was redirected at tenants and no responsibility was taken. Clearly they are a bit frustrated, maybe you guys take it personally? Why doesn't your company use that to decide how to better itself instead of getting angry at the customers. Maybe you would get better reviews that way!
