I brought my child for an reassessment on 4/21/21....

I brought my child for an reassessment on 4/21/21. We were seen by Jill. A very rude woman. Not once did she ask the issues with my child. She stated right at the beginning my insurance would not cover my child's care without even accessing what her care may be. She stated she checks insurance first. I explained to her that my child's doctor's office had put everything in place and she was approved for services by the insurance. She said no. She kept insisting she was not. She was not willing to listen to anything or investigate further. I had paperwork in my hand to show different and was told by her "just because Alexian is written down means nothing. She is a very rude/disrespectful person. Cared nothing about assessing my child to see what services might be needed. No compassion,
and I was afraid she would trigger my kid's anxiety due to showing no compassion for her presence . chasing money. I really feel sorry for anyone under her care especially if it's an adolescent. I had proof she was cleared by my insurace. She didn't care. Therefore, no assessment means she doesn't even know what care is needed.
