Terrible service and results. Our yard is in worse shape than when they took over. The weeds have exploded, we now have more weeds than grass in many parts of our yard. We pay for total services and we would have fired them immediately if we could have. Their equipment damaged our entire neighborhood with a stripe and it required weeks of complaining for them to come out and finally acknowledge they will fix. Who knows how many more weeks till they ACTUALLY fix the damage. In another part of our yard they caused damage recently planted Bahai by driving their equipment used for treating St Augustine grasses across the Bahai grass. The tire marks killed the grass, we have green grass where their vehicle tires didn t touch yet they refuse to accept responsibility. They mow grass that is too wet, they cut too short during high temps with no rainfall. I watched as their crew was spraying our back area for weeds while one was on their phone and watched as they sprayed plants in addition to weeds. I had to rush out to stop them and wash away the chemicals to save the plant. They charged us for soil tests and special treatments only to later replace some the grass, wasting our money. We are extremely disappointed with their services, we are angry with their lack of accountability. Proof is in the pictures. We do not recommend their services.

UPDATED In response to business reply: Your people are polite, we appreciate that and called out a specific employee to your account rep, unfortunately the actual results of the work done is separate and why I posted this review. Yes, we had a meeting scheduled last week that the rep didn t show for due to emergency medical reasons. Another company person came out this week and you still will not take responsibility for documented damage done to the grass behind our house. Your sales pitch to our HOA doesn t match the results you promised, the special care on the 3 problem yards never happened. As for the claim that the muddy tracks are from your first month here is a false statement, the picture is from 9/18. It s a continuous problem, I posted the most recent example (have more from the last 6 months) and it doesn t matter that it is not in front of a home, it s our entrance and is representative of your services. As for your response that our weeds are Bermuda grass is not accurate, there is an abundance of weeds. We have arrow grass, crab grass, spotted spurge, nutsedge, and many more. The hydraulic leak happened over a month ago, ArtisTree did not step up immediately to repair on their own as it is still an issue and allowing weeds to fill the damaged areas. We stand firmly by our review and the pictures of their work.
