Today, this organization finished a repair/replacement of a power pole directly behind my place of employment. They showed grace, understanding, and troubleshooting acumen during this repair!

We were warned beforehand of potential power outage. They went above and beyond the call of duty to ensure that we retained power throughout the process, and kept us appraised of developments. They worked effectively to ensure logistical needs for parking were met. And, every member of the crew were polite and professional!

Additionally, their safety practices were exceptional. There was not a time where technicians were not under careful eye. They maintained necessary communication with each other throughout he process, and followed safety practices to ensure everyone went home safely at the end of the day.

As a technician, I highly recommend this company. They were a blessing to work with, and I wish them nothing but the best!
