Provided a terrible service, installed faulty glas...

Provided a terrible service, installed faulty glass which cracked after a day and refused to replace it. Blamed the customer that we had chosen the wrong type of glass however they recommended it. Had to get another company to fix it which did a fantastic job quickly and after a month still not cracked - even though we had started using the glass display straight away. The glass that they installed, they asked us not to touch it for a day however we're a business! Rarely give bad reviews but their rude and terrible service means that I would like to tell other customers to BEWARE. Avoid at all costs.
