Dr. Chilukuri and his staff are fantastic! Starting with my first contact with his office, I was treated with the utmost care, concern and respect. I would like to call Dr. Chilukuri a magician because what he did for my face is truly magical, but I know that everything he did was based on knowledge and experience. Before coming to Refresh, I had seen 2 oculoplastic surgeons about lower blepharoplasty but I just could not face surgery. After seeing the results with Dr. Chilukuri, I am so glad I never went through with surgery. He did miraculous things with filler and Botox! He also worked on a few other concerns and these results are also phenomenal! I have never had the experience of a doctor following up the way Dr. Chilukuri does. He personally checked up on me after every procedure - more than once. Love him!
