Hotel is situated in a very convenient location. Short walk from the main attractions and restaurants. Our room was good. Easy check-in. Our son was delighted to get a toy elephant during check-in - extra point for this to the hotel We couldn't park at the hotel, so this was a small let down, but there are plenty of RingGo car parks around. The main let down was continental breakfast - super limited choices and very bland, juice was tasteless and more like coloured water rather than juice. We would have loved to be able to use the swimming pool but it was closed due to COVID-19. I know that our room couldn't be cleaned due to COVID-19 restrictions but a daily tea, coffee and milk top up in the room would have been nice.
