Every time I go to visit this place I always expec...

Every time I go to visit this place I always expect someone to ask for a dollar & I kno someone will smell. This year they actually build a job fair room inside the community kitchen for the homeless which I think is awesome but 90% of the time most of these people are mentally ill. I think they should build a homeless controlled facility next to Moccasin bend to the ones that doesn't' want to work or bath. Then they will be far away to roam on the streets and safe getting meals in a place where they cnt leave till they mentality show that they're mental capacity can do without assistance.
