One of the big trio cafeteria/restaurants (Carusel, Ursula and Mattolaituri) along the Kaivopuisto-Eira shoreline. This one is noted for its name-sake shape. Indoor layout lacks any merits that are worthy of special mention, but the outdoor seating with sea/view is definitely a great plus. Cafe Carusel is very popular among the families with kids--somehow casual and relaxed.
