You new check in system, is a 1. I thought I had checked in, but waited 30 minutes past my appt time and went to the window and was told we skipped you because you weren't checked in. There was nothing by the kiosk to let me know I did not fill out all of the screens so I thought I had checked in.
The person at the window was gracious and called back and got me in, but what should have taken 30 minutes was 2 hours and I had to get someone to meet the school bus in my place. And i missed at extra hour of work.
