The staff was very personable and the car seems to be running better.
However, It took much longer to have my oil change done than I was told (I don't mind waiting but with a 2 year old being told it would take an hour and then have it take 90min is very frustrating)
Your kids area is HORRIBLE!! The whole reason we drove from Lakewood to the new Tim Lally was because I was told the new kids area was just like the old one, which it clearly is not. I will just go to the Chevy dealership out near me next time.
Also, you do not have a changing table in the bathrooms, which means that I had to change my kids diaper on your sink counter...something that isn't really a great idea, but hey, I gotta do what I gotta do.
I don't know that you will be getting any more of my business.
