The salesperson was a tad pushy. She also didn't offer us a warranty but did upsell us on a mattress cover which she advised, unless we purchased the mattress cover our factory warranty on the mattress would not be honored. We believed her so we purchased the $60 cover only to find out when we picked up the mattress she lied but the cover was not able to be returned. We love the mattress which is why I gave a 3 stat rating.
