I recently used their services for a family event, and overall, it was an average experience. The venue was beautiful, but the staff seemed a bit disorganized and overwhelmed. 🏰 The food was delicious, but the serving size was smaller than expected. The website was informative, but I encountered some technical issues when trying to make a reservation. 🖥️ The highlight was the entertainment, which was engaging and entertaining. Overall, it was a decent experience, but there is definitely room for improvement in terms of customer service and website functionality.
