2 stars for the great location BUT the worst hotel...

2 stars for the great location BUT the worst hotel I stayed at. Filthy outdated SMALL rooms, upcharges wherever they can ie luggage storage, gym access and one drink minimum in lobby sitting area or you can't sit there. Don't bother calling the front desk the wait time is an hour. The elevator idea is fast BUT only if the hotel isn't busy. I waited 10 minutes for the elevator from the workout room. You type your floor number on a screen and prompts you to take elevator L2 or L4. Only great experience I had was the 810 Deli across the street. Pay alil more for the Hilton or similar a few blocks ahead. And if you do stay there get a room away from the elevator and away from the 14th floor most uncomfortable bed we had to switch rooms.
