We hosted an event that cost $30,000 at this hotel...

We hosted an event that cost $30,000 at this hotel and it was a disaster. They promised things that they didn't deliver. The event manager was terrible and provided the worst customer service (well, no customer service). The hotel is lovely and the hotel staff were great but the event services are the worst. So, if you are considering hosting an event here -- don't.
