I had a flat tire and was riding to Dimo's which is the best shop ever BTW and it was almost to the rim I was getting passed angrily by other cars on the road even though I had my flashers on. A Royal oak police officer sped around me as if I wasn't there and turned his head as he went around. Well Royal oak is small and I live out here a few hours later I was back on the road again and at the light I was right next to the same officer who sped around me and turned his head. When he looked over and realized I was the same jeep driver as earlier he quickly turned his head again and turned the corner when he was first going straight. But, this isn't the first time either once before I was walking down Lafayette and it was really hot out to get back home and the heat became too much and I was out breath and barely making it and stopped because it felt like my heart was beating out of my chest and an officer slowed up enough to stare at me while I'm standing there doubled over almost having a heart attack and he pretends I'm not there. What if I would have passed out on the hot sidewalk? What if my tire would have went down to the rim and I spun out? Things Royal Oak wouldn't know because they don't help! With the ROPD all I know is pain!
