Dubious company. They're chirpy and timely when you are wondering about their products; non responsive if you need anything after that.

I am now celebrating a second birthday while on hold. After precisely following instructions, was told that I had to go to another department. Used online. Phoned and told can't do that, but the person who called couldn't help terminate service.

The customer service is better as a skit on Saturday Night Live, or a training video for support personnel on what not to do. I have empathy for the staff answering calls. I assume the culture is poor, they're overworked, underpaid, underappreciated, but pressed especially hard during COVID.

Will never use them again. Would rather hire ex special forces full time if forced to sign up for such services again than go through this horrific comedy.

(PS: I wrote all of this while waiting. Plus wrote two books and film score.)
