Usually my bill is around $70-100, this month it's over $400.00 somehow. I called customer service thinking there was some sort of misunderstanding. The first rep I spoke with hung up on me in the middle of finding my information. I called back, and spoke with Rep. Abigail. Abigail informed me that I was no longer under their contract as of May this year so the rates go up.

I told her I can understand that, but $400+ in a matter of 3 weeks?! I live alone in a 1 bedroom apt, there's no way I could ramp up that much.
Not to mention we are in the middle of a pandemic and I was laid off. I'm very disappointed in this company right now. Everything was fine until they tried to milk money out of me.
