Family has been going to the outer banks for years, first time renting with joe lamb Though. With Covid a late check in would make you think the house would be spotless! When we arrived, crumbs on the floor, ginormous dust bunnies under bed with a pair of socks and belt under bed, used coffee grounds in the coffee maker, basement smelled of mildew. The pictures online did not match the outlook of the house when we arrived. We were very dissatisfied with the cleanliness of the house. We did call and they said they would contact The cleaners to send someone out, but we could not be there. Well after driving 10+ hours, and using our own sanitizing/cleaning supplies that wasn t going to happen.
