I ve been coming here since 2012 I ve lost an immense amount of weight as you can take as many classes as you want free of charge after your initial fee. Good luck finding Les Mills classes included in a reasonable gym fee. I come from New York (Staten island) just to work out here. The staff is so friendly and I always feel welcomed, and accommodating. I do agree the maybe the gym can use a modern rehab in the decor, however it s substance more than makes up for the style flaws.
