I was a patient for 2 1/2 years. I will never, ever be a patient again. I was overcharged, charged for services I never had. The health insurance customer service is useless, unreliable and irresponsible. I called the customer service phone number more than 30 times. I was promised an answer and resolution for my overcharged fees. I got no call back, EVER. I spoke to managers, supervisors to no avail. KEEP AWAY FROM BMC HEALTHNET PLAN!!!
