They sent me a letter saying that they owe me about 2k for an older claim, im in a position where some extra money would help a lot. Contacted them and almost a week later they responded saying oops sorry, we actually dont owe you this money. Maybe you should check your records before telling people youre going to send them a decent amount of money. Are they being honest with your claim? Who knows, doesnt show much confidence to me to trust them to handle finances and records.
